How safe are pipelines?
Safety is the number one priority of every CEPA member. It is also the top priority of the provincial and federal governing bodies that regulate pipelines.
Between 2011 and 2015, 99.9995 per cent of liquid product transported by CEPA’s members was moved safely. But it’s still not safe enough – our goal is zero pipeline incidents.
